Built for how Indian classrooms actually learn

Attendance, gradebook, fees and timetable in one place — plus the part no other platform reports: whether your students can actually recall what they were taught.

The difference

A multiple-choice score tells you what a student recognises. It does not tell you what they can recall.

Every platform in this category reports the first number. We measure and report both, per topic, per student — so a teacher knows the difference between a class that has understood a chapter and a class that has learned to spot the right option.

It changes what revision week looks like.

Class X-A · Pair of linear equations
41 students · after Unit Test 2
41%of the class

Given a blank page and the same problem, 41% produce the method unprompted. This is the number that predicts the board result.

Teacher sees: 17 students need this chapter again

One loop, running in every period of the day

Teachers publish once. Students see three states per topic. Nobody has to be reminded what they owe.

Before
Pre-read

A short reading lands on the student’s phone the night before. Two minutes, in their language if they want it.

During
Class

Attendance in one tap. The teacher already knows who came prepared and who didn’t.

After
Review

A recall check, not a quiz. It asks the student to produce the answer, not recognise it.

Who this is for

Replace the register, the gradebook, the fee ledger and the WhatsApp group.

Attendance, gradebook, fees, transport, library, HR and the parent portal in one system
Multi-campus, with each campus's data isolated at the database level
CBSE, ICSE and state board report card formats out of the box
Parents see their own child's record — never another student's
Most schools start with one grade and expand next term.

About the proctoring — the question every parent asks

For remote and high-stakes assessments, ScholarSync runs a nine-checkpoint liveness check to confirm a real person is sitting the paper.

No biometric data is stored. Ever.

Checks run in real time on the device. No face template, no image, no recording is retained — only an integrity score attached to that attempt. There is nothing in our database that could identify a child by their face.

How the rest is protected
Each institution’s data is isolated

PostgreSQL row-level security. One school’s queries cannot reach another school’s rows, at the database layer — not just in application code.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, with sensitive student fields encrypted at the application layer.

Five roles, checked per endpoint

Super admin, org admin, teacher, student, parent. Every API call is checked against role and organisation before it runs.

Built to DPDP Act 2023 requirements

Data resident in India. Parents see only their own child’s record.

How pricing works

Per student, per year, billed to the institution. No per-module upsell — the ERP and the learning layer are the same product.

Pilot

One grade, one term. Free while you decide.

School

Whole institution, single campus. Annual.

Group

Multi-campus or district. Scoped per deployment.
